We always do our best to protect your personal data as well as possible. Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  2. to request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected, or to request a restriction on its processing,

  4. to request the transfer of personal data to another controller,
  5. to object to the processing of personal data,
  6. if you have given us consent to the processing of personal data, to withdraw this consent,
  7. to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection,
  8. the right to effective judicial protection if you believe that your rights have been infringed in the processing of personal data.

Which personal data we process:

1.1 IF YOU MAKE A PURCHASE

The most common data you provide to us is data obtained through the form for ordering goods or other services on our website. This is mainly data that is necessary for the conclusion and performance of the purchase contract.

This data is necessary to process your order:

  1. Identification data, which is your first name and surname, and in the case of a purchase for a company, the ID No. and VAT ID;
  2. Contact details, which are e-mail address, postal address, billing address, telephone number, bank details, payment details;
  3. Data arising from the duration of the contract, namely purchased products, volume of services provided and customer segment.

1.2 IF YOU REGISTER

As part of the registration, you have unlimited access to your personal data, as well as to its possible modification. You can view the history of your completed orders and purchased products here.

This data is necessary for your registration:

  1. Identification data, which is your first name and surname, and in the case of a purchase for a company, the ID No. and VAT ID;
  2. Contact details, which are e-mail address, postal address, billing address, telephone number, bank details, payment details;
  3. Login details, which are your login name and password. (We no longer have access to the password after you change the default password).
  4. Data arising from the duration of the contract, namely purchased products, volume of services provided and customer segment.

Why we process personal data and on what basis we can:

This data must be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract, legitimate interest, ensuring the most efficient way of presenting the content of the kutlici.cz website and for the purpose of mutual communication. This data will be processed by the Controller for a period of 10 years from the date of implementation of the relevant contractual relationship.

Who can have access to the data:

The processing of personal data is carried out by the Controller, but personal data may also be processed for the Controller by third parties who are bound by confidentiality:

  1. Provider of hosting and server services
  2. Analytical tools
  3. Marketing service provider

Cookies and web browsing

Why we process cookies and on what basis we can:

  1. Legitimate interest – thanks to cookies, we measure traffic and make statistics about your behavior on the web. This allows us to monitor and improve the functionality and security of our website.
  2. Consent – if you give us your consent, we will tailor advertising and its targeting to you or use cookies for retargeting.

How long will we process the data:

Cookies for measuring and functioning of the website are stored only for the time necessary for the functioning of the website and statistics. You can also use the website in a mode that does not allow the collection of data about your behavior – just set your browser accordingly, or you can object to the collection based on our legitimate interest by sending an email to pavel@kutlici.cz . We will process your objection within 1 month of receipt. If you object to the processing of technical cookies necessary for the functioning of the website, we cannot guarantee the full functionality and compatibility of our website.

Cookies collected for the purpose of measuring website traffic and creating statistics are assessed in the form of a collective whole and thus in an anonymous form that does not allow your identification.
